Explovid is an app where you can discuss with your friends your favourite movies and tv shows.

Some of our most favourite movie recommendations came from friends, not from an algorithm, so that is why Explovid exists. You dont need a recommendation engine to find out what to watch next, but rather you just add your friends on the app, and then you can see what they are watching, and add it your own watchlist.

By registering for free, you have your own profile under which your friends can find you, and you can track what you watched and what you want to watch, be it a movie or a tv show.

Note that you can see other users reviews regardless if you dont follow them, the app is built so that everything is public and everyone can see what other people think about a certain movie or tv show.

Explovid has a lot of built in features which are going to maximize your movie discovery experience.

- Search movies, tv shows and actors by keyword
- Search other users on Explovid by their username
- Keep track of what you are watching by having a separate personal watchlist and watched category for movies and tv shows
- See other users reviews for a certain movie or tv show.
- A global news feed where you can see what are the latest movies and tv shows other users are discussing.
- Your own personal news feed where you can see what your friends are watching, and you can comment and like their reviews.
- Notification page where you can see if you got any comments or likes on your most recent reviews or comments.
